In this talk, Mr. Thi Nguyen - a Vietnamese by heart, German on paper - will share his journey around various countries and functions in the corporate world with Siemens Healthineers.

About our presenter, although studying Business Administration, Thi started his first job in Information Technology. In the next 19 years Thi had held many various functions in IT, Finance, Sales with engagements in United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Spain, Vietnam and of course Germany. He was CIO in Vietnam, CFO in Spain, Head of Operational Excellence in Germany, and now back to Vietnam as Head of Service. Having spent time in Vietnam from 2005-2008, he returned with his family to Vietnam in 2020 to assume his current function as Head of Service in Siemens Healthineers.

What makes a job a calling? Why will you never find the perfect job in life? Learn from the formula of the 3H approach - Head, Heart, Hands! And yes, ... he will also share the secret to Digital Transformation!
